Delivery and Returns


Depending on the subscription you have chosen, we will ship your first box closest to the month detailed in the subscription page. After this, you will receive your box the same time every two months.

Kindly note that we are not liable for any unforeseen postal delays.

Each parcel is tracked and you will receive a text message or email to let you know your parcel is on its way.

We offer free postage and packaging to mainland UK. For non-mainland UK areas please see prices below.

Unfortunately we do not offer international delivery at this time.

For items purchased in our shop – these are sent by standard delivery. Orders will be delivered between 2-3 standard working days. Please note that our estimated delivery dates are estimates only; we cannot guarantee that there will not be shipping delays at times.

Should you have any issues with your delivery, box or contents please see the below instructions on how to contact us for support.

Please note that if your issue is with a product purchased from the At Home Box Company shop you will need to contact the provider of the product directly. Information on how to do this will have been sent to you along with your order confirmation when you purchased your item.

Should you need to return your box or an item please email stating the following information;

  • Your full name
  • The address the box was delivered to
  • Consignment number
  • An explanation to why you wish to return the box
  • An explanation of any issues with the products
  • Images of any broken/faulty products

DPD return cost for the subscription box will be £14.50 (from UK Mainland only excluding Highlands, Ireland and outside of the UK) all information will be provided on how to do this via the email address.

Any returned boxes will be subject to checking to ensure all items are in perfect condition by our handling team. Should any items be missing or damaged they will be charged accordingly.
